Day 3: Soti Khola- Machhakhola (825m)

Day 4: Machhakhola- Jagat (1330m)

Day 5: Jagat- Lokpa (2240m)

Day 6: Lokpa- Chhokang Paro (3030m)

Day 7: Chhokang Paro- Chhule (3350m)

Day 7: Chhule- Mu Gompa (3700m)

Day 8: Mu Gompa- Chumling (2385m)

Day 9: Chumling- Philim (1570m)

Day 10: Philim- Khorlabesi (970m)

Day 11: Khorlabesi- Soti Khola (700m)

Day 12: Soti Khola- Kathmandu by jeep/bus
